BRIANA DINSDALE SIGNS WITH MNRK NASHVILLE, INTRODUCES HERSELF WITH NEW SINGLE “LITTLE FIRE”
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 16, 2026) – Australian Country singer-songwriter Briana Dinsdale is bringing her distinctive blend of 70s-inspired storytelling and modern Country edge to the U.S., signing with MNRK Nashville and marking the next chapter of her career with the release of her new single, “Little Fire,” out today. With a growing following in Australia, more than 400,000 organic global streams, and a reputation for her emotionally resonant songwriting, Dinsdale is poised to introduce her artistry to a new audience as she sets her sights on the American Country music landscape
Co-written by Dinsdale and Tori Tullier and produced by Mick Flanders and Caleb Flanders, “Little Fire” captures the complicated space between knowing you deserve more and still feeling drawn to someone who cannot fully commit. Fueled by fiery imagery, a commanding chorus, and an unapologetic perspective, the track explores the frustration, lingering affection, and undeniable spark that remain when a relationship refuses to find solid ground. Drawing inspiration from the free-spirited creativity of the 1970s, the song signals a bold new sonic chapter for Dinsdale, balancing timeless Country sensibilities with a sound that is unmistakably her own. “’Little Fire’ was written all about the anger yet love you can feel for someone when they’re almost all in, but not quite yet,” explains Dinsdale. “Even when you know you deserve more, there’s still a spark that keeps pulling you back in, and that’s where the fire in this song comes from.”
Dinsdale’s signing with MNRK Nashville marks a significant milestone as she begins building her presence in the U.S. after establishing herself as one of the promising emerging songwriters in Australian Country music. Her growing momentum includes a Top 10 Australian Country Radio single with “Real Time Love,” selection as a Top 10 finalist in the prestigious Toyota Star Maker competition, and a 2026 Countrytown Breakthrough Artist of the Year nomination. She has also performed at some of Australia’s leading Country music festivals, including CMC Rocks, Meatstock, Ridin’ Hearts, Strummingbird, and Gympie Muster, and showcased at BIGSOUND, earning recognition for her compelling live performances and authentic storytelling.
“Briana is an amazing talent, and I am elated to have her join the MNRK Nashville family,” says Scott Givens, SVP of MNRK Nashville. “Combined with her amazing management group and our Nashville, New York, UK, and Australian-based teams, we are all committed to do whatever it takes to support her.”
Her journey began at just 13 years old, when she was invited onstage to perform with Keith Urban. The experience helped ignite her pursuit of a career in music, leading to years of live performance and continued songwriting development. A recipient of the Keith Urban Scholarship, Dinsdale was also the sole recipient of her year’s CMAA Senior Academy scholarship, becoming only the second artist ever to receive the honor. Those formative experiences helped shape the honest, emotionally grounded songwriting that defines her work today.
Following her debut EP, Late Night Small Talks, Dinsdale now enters a new phase of her career with MNRK Nashville, bringing the perspective of an Australian artist to the broader Country music conversation. With “Little Fire,” she offers a first look at what’s ahead: fearless songwriting, a distinct artistic identity, and a sound rooted in Country tradition while embracing the freedom to push beyond it.
